Comedian Uses His Blindness To Get Laughs - And Tears

Comedian Darryl LenoxDarryl Lenox is a legally blind comedian who has performed since the early 1990s.  Much of his career centered around stand-up comedy in clubs around North America.  In an early gig he opened for Chuck Berry.

He is considered funny not in spite of his blindness, but because he embraces it and incorporates it into his material.

Lenox worked with the Third World Eye Care Society, a nonprofit offering treatment solutions to the visually impaired in third-world countries.
